The feet are indeed removeable, and the fans are more airflow focused and have performed pretty well for us.

top fans are a bit of a weirder subject when it comes to air cooling. With watercooling its a no-brainer. But in your situation it may actually be best to have the one towards the front be intake, and the one towards the rear be exhaust as weird as that seems.

Shifting that top exhaust fan further towards the rear may help shave a degree or two off your temperatures
