Yeah i did it goes 3 degrees down and too noisy so i dont raise it up when idle just in action kuz my temps goes over 83

Temps for my gpu In idle and it goes 20 more degrees in action i'll try now to overclock to 3,0 ghz and see

I have a Ga ep45-dq6 and 4x KHX8500D2/1G with q6600 so can i overclock a little bit with stock cooling?

i'm runing now 1333 configuration and it's very stable but when i raise any voltage or any frequency or FSB it gives me Bsod andmemttest errors
