I just got the EK Velocity, also a nice looking block; cannot recommend the blocks from Aqua Computer as they are no bigger than all-in ones; yet supposed to be used for TR's....
Takes about 90 secs in total after download ;)
That is what I am currently running, have only had other projects in there beforehand, hence the numbers still low.
Well that is not really surprising, is it? 2001, 2003, 2006 - not much has changed since in Intel's world so that the optimization still kicks in. However, the Ryzen was nowhere near existing yet, thus no optimization - so why are you wasting your own time running those benches?
On top of that...
To ask some valid questions instead of continuing the bashing of AMD vs. Intel - under what circumstance can this be used?
Same jokes as with Intel's vulns where the attacker already needs to have full admin access to the system?
Can this be used from outside sources without actual access...
Interesting comment - a 2 - 4% FPS lead (at 1080p) for Intel, while having a 10 - 20% price difference (9900k vs. 3900x) and also higher power consumption.
What most DIY builders look at is not the peak performance, but the costs vs benefits comparison.
If you're only interested in the max...
There are still plenty in the workstation world or for people (like me) who have not swapped their chassis in years.
My Define XL R2 still has 4 5.25" slots :D

Ah, didn't order with them (outside of Germany) since 2015.

Most of the tech should also be able to be delivered to Ireland from amazon.de though.
