I love my Bigwater SE and my rad is IN the case. I have my winnie oced 500mhz over stock and my gto2 at 547/610 and its very stable. I also have the air conidtioning at 75-78 degrees.
So seriously I'm stable at what I posted above. Am I wasting my time with corsair 4400 ram or will it able me to overclock more? I want to take the benefits of my water cooling and get to at least 3.0ghz.
OK I got it to 250ghz.
250 x 10
ht = 4x, ram = 333 (comes out to 417mhz)
I cant get it any higher, is it this winnie or is it the ram? I want to get corsair 4400 ram...
I've tried everyone from multipliers to ht's. It wont go past 2.43ghz without erroring in Prime95. Is this because of my local store ram (which I lower the mhz in bios) or is my winnie at its max?
Setting those to what you stated seemed to do the trick. I'm now at 2.5, but is my ram slower or does turning up the cpu clock make the ram faster as well?
So the only way I can overclock the cpu is by external frequency? I got my 3200 at 2.2ghz right now. I want it at least 2.5ghz, what should I up my voltage to then?
Case came with a panel for connecting to soundcard for a headphone jack etc. Are the SB Live cards capable of doing this? I know my ac97 onboard audio is...I cant find anything about the sb live pins.
