I heard back from Palit and they finally sent me a bios after about 20 days. I won't try it out until tommorrow, but here it is in the meantime. I hope the next person with this problem can benefit from my experience. Palit 8800 GT Super +1GB PCI-E 1.0 Bios:

Yeah, thanks... I checked those... :/ Unfortunately the Nvidia and MSI Bioses are too old, since before the fix and there is no 1gb XFX or EVGA bios. The bios version I need has to be at least 62.92.24.XX.XX (at least that's when EVGA implemented thier fix) The Palit ones wouldn't work...
