I bet if you tested that foam you would find that is is anti-static foam. Just a hunch.

I've tried separate loops, split loops, parallel, chilled liquid cooling, etc...My advice to you is to build yourself a clean and uncomplicated loop.

Yeah, if you use a good anti-corrosive fluid you wont see any issues probably...
