Laugh's right on the tool thing. I just finished my first build (see system specs) and I only needed one good phillips. If you want a strap (I recommend, personally) go to BB and get one there for cheaper than that toolkit and get a good quiet case fan.

Anyone know of a utility that can allow me to manually set the fan speed on my XFX 9600GT card? GPU-z shows it getting up toward 70C after some gaming but the fan speed only goes to 45% during this period. I figured if I could manually set it to 60-70% it would keep the card much cooler. Thanks
