exactly what im looking for help with. Its a strange issue to me. And i cant seem to find any information on the issue. The flashes where done with the bios that was pulled from the card using gpuz and i flashed both bioses with atiflash in DOS. Both went through successfully

The error im getting is giving me issues getting to the motherboards bios. If i slap a PCI card in there like i was going to flash the ati card im fine. I get those two lines of error messages after the system posts.

Thanks for the response but the card is not bricked. Its actually alive and well i guess lol i functions properly in windows. I just cannot access my bios after the PC posts....

OK after a number of reboots i have the following: WARNING: have option ROM can not invoke (vendor ID: ID10eh, Device ID: 0373h) the second line is the same except for the last 5 which are :0363h Hope this helps you help me =) ty

I can reboot the PC a few times there are actually two of them both different. Thanks for the replys

thank you for that. That issue is taken care of but the one really nagging at me is the one on start up, and the bios issue. If need be i will try to get the message but its something about a rom not being able to be enabled

Lots of views, was i unclear in whats going on? if i can clear this up a bit any questions asked i will answer. Really looking to fix this issue. Thanks guys in advance

=P some of us still like to get more from our toys. Afterburner will not apply clocks past 700/1200 as well. The Bios issue is really strange to be sure and i have never had it occur before.

U need to use -f to force the flash since the ID's do not match. It should look like atiflash -f -p 0 r700.bin. Hope this helps ya.

So i flashed my 4850 x2 trying to get around the Overdrive limitations. Played around with RBE a bit couldnt get the results i wanted. Long story short i bricked the card. This isnt my first bios flash so well i was able to put the stock bios back on the card. I havent found too much information...
