my RX 6700 XT is a beast at 1620p (and i paid 450$~for it ) and till today, it's perfectly stable (even on latest drivers, unlike my previous GTX 1070 ) all in all you'd have the mean to drive 1080p easy peasy and go beyond later if you upgrade the monitor (1440p is the 6700 XT sweetspot) so...
