    OP postfixed my issue on 20.4.2, 20.5.1 & 20.7.1 for my rx 590 <3. I wasn't going to write a bug report anyways, as i have a card with modded bios & driver. Monitor = AOC 24G2 - 24inch 144hz ips, was also not having issues @120hz saves about 6 watts idle :)

    You could try running 2933CL14@1.4v~1.45v on the 2666kit /w 1.05v SOC voltage (VCCIO), tho could be limited by either the CPU, RAM or MOBO Also could you somehow confirm you have the HPET (High precicion event timer) disabled, since it caused some huge issues for me in timing sensitive games...
