Haswell ULT are low power mobile chips, they have nothing to do with the desktop parts. ULT would have an onboard PCH known as the Lynx Point-LP which is thoroughly detailed in the article. The notebook and desktop Haswell CPUs come with new overclocking features, slides from legitreviews...

My friend had a similar rig with SLI'd Sparkle 460 Calibre's and Silverstone Zeus 650W PSU. He was getting random Bsod's after OCing his PC. Switched to a 850W and no more Errors/Bsods. Don't know about the quality of XFX PSU's so not really sure if it's a PSU problem on your side but you can...

Loved the Multiplayer Crysis 2 has to offer but SP ain't that good. The original Crysis had a far better story + gameplay and the Original Nano suit was hell lot of better than the new one. ;)
