I was just searching this song "3OH!3 feat Katy Perry Starstrukk" in HD. The official youtube channel has only 360p. While searching through google and youtube, I came upon a simple user who has this video in 1080p. So my question is that while official channel does not have this video in 1080p...

Fellow , there are weird things happening about my IP address. ie every IP tracing website I checks gives me different locations but they all belong to Pakistan.
