Sorry I should of made it clear that the screenshot picture was taken while my laptop was IDLE, I was not playing any games. I'm on a laptop so it's most likely idle in the GPU-Z reading (PICTURE) because no games were running and it was probably running on my Intel HD at the time. Edit: Also...
