Thanks, this was semi-accurate for me. Before Win10, I had my dual monitors OC'd with no issue. When I did Win10 I was having the problem, but then used that solution and re-activated my monitor for success.

This was fixed by rolling back from ReLive to a previous AMD driver. Then, I had to use MSI to OC while disabling the 2nd monitor under Display Settings. OC saved and ran fine without any artifacts. I re-enabled the second monitor, and so far things have been smooth from there. It sounds...

You sure? It was running at full OC with Windows 7 with no issues. Two hours later after Windows 10 installed, this issue arises. That would be a wicked coincidence.

Would an OS swap change any previous VRAM settings? This card ran perfectly way over stock before the swap. Plus, why would only a +10 MHZ increase cause this to artifact (under no load) so bad even if it was the voltage?

Right, Bill! I am ashamed to say I was so excited to OC this computer when I built it that I didn't even apply the stock cooler - I went straight for the "liquid cooling". I just brought it out of the tin from 3-4 years ago with the thermal pad good as new.
