Aorus Series are better cooled than others....got my Rx 570 in 2018......still running flawlessly in my daily use PC...

get some cheap stick on heatsinks......these do lower the temps a bit....stuck some on my Asus A320M-K and Powercolor RX 550.....

My Gigabyte Aorus RX 570 Windforce 4 gb card does it every time on shutdown.......running perfectly from may 2017 onwards.....

The PCIE Slot will run only at X8 mode with Ryzen 3400G processors...as per the manual..

Have you tried using a hairdryer at low heat setting?..... I had fixed this with a hairdryer at low heat setting over a period of several days......i blew hot air over the spots for about 30 min over a period of 1 week.....

The Ryzen 3700x is a better processor than the 4500.....Please check for CPU bottleneck....

i have heard that flashing the firmware of the nvme can potentially fix the issue..i have not personally done it myself....its better to buy a new ssd rather than risk it....

I had the same problem with an ADATA Gammix S5 256 gb nvme ssd...on a B450M-A motherboard running a ryzen 5 5600 processor.....tried all kinds of fixes....did not work....finally replaced the drive with a crucial nvme 500 gb ssd....working perfectly now....
