This title is so very, very late that it's a wonder that it hasn't become a meme. It was announced and pre-orders went on sale in the FIRST QUARTER OF 2019!!!!!
If the graphics card fits into your PC without the bracket installed, you may be able to find a replacement low-profile bracket that fits your card (or that can be modified to fit your card). If the graphics card itself is too tall, you'll have to exchange it for one that fits into your mini-PC.

This is my gaming PC listed in my system specs. I finally gave up waiting for the R9-5950X that I ordered months ago and settled for the R7. $434, delivered.
For my gmaing PC, I'm waiting impatiently for my "ships in 2 days" Ryzen 9 order that mysteriously changed to "all backordered" when I placed it seven weeks ago. Meanwhile, my living room PC is likely to be stuck with its Radeon HD7870 for the remainder of 2021.
There's no perceptible benefit to expensive proprietary G-Sync vs. inexpensive VESA standard adaptive sync (aka AMD's FreeSync).
Since NVidia finally quit blocking it in their drivers in 2019, you can get variable refresh rate with a GeForce 10xx or newer card over DisplayPort using a FreeSync...
Samsung Q70T (starting at 55") does 120 Hz FreeSync Premium Pro. Note that FreeSync over HDMI works with consoles and with AMD Radeon graphics cards, but not with GeForce.
If re-using your old cooler is possible, you'll need a new mounting plate.

El Paso followed these recommendations.

A large asteroid strike is about a 1 in 1,000,000 year event. A hard freeze in Texas is about a 1 in 10 year event. They are not equivalent risks. You definitely should have planned for one of these scenarios.
El Paso had a hard freeze that affected their power generation plants in 2011...
It's sad to see the B.S. story blaming wind power for ERCOT's epic failure being spread on a tech site like this.
Four days later, ERCOT is still experiencing a 15+ GW shortfall of operating generators. That's more than all of the renewable power sources combined. The 30 GW of natural gas...
A few of my co-workers have used CyberPower PC and were pleased enough with the sales and service to order from them again. They let you choose from a decent selection of components (though I dislike RGB bling cases) and if you take advantage of the deals, the prices aren't too much more than...
Considering that every PC in an asian gaming parlor gets counted many many times in Steam's hardware survey, it's an inherently flawed measurement system. It also doesn't distinguish between me playing 15 year old titles and lightweight independent games on my wimpy old laptop when I'm...
