Yep. I once uninstalled every software to see if it happnes. And yep, it did. I can't just RMA the card because I am in the EU. They have such a bs policy, they don't offer a freakin global warranty. I got the card from the US...I'm trying to beg them now to let me send in EU service.

That's what I did. I installed afterburner and set a FIXED SPEED to 45% fan speed. It keeps doing that, until fan spikes occur and the afterburner still shows nothing, even when the fans are consantly spinning for tens of minutes at 100% afterburner shows that its spinning at the speed I set...

U think I need to uninstall CAM too? (like i said I also tried to uninstall it before to make sure it's not what it causes the issue) its NZXT's software. This is the GPU section but I didn't do anything with it.

Yea if it is necessary I can give more details about the parts. I will try this nvidia restore and reinstall chipset thing. Should I uninstall with DDU?

Oh so It's just the basic nvidia drivers. Yea I have reinstalled it several times, but never clicked on a restore button lol. So what to do with the mobo chipset, in case the restore doesn't work? Btw is there any way to control fans in BIOS or nvidia? Thanks man!
