Hi Raptor, I uninstalled the mobo & graphics drivers in safe mode as you suggested, switched the power connections on the card and re-seated it... AND NOW IT WORKS!!!! :toast: Haven't installed all of the nForce drivers but at least i have Physx AND SLI options... not too keen to...

the last time i've seen the multi-gpu option was with the nforce 17x driver when i received the pc... did the updates and it disappeared, so am tending to think that it's a driver bug or something :confused: Any input welcome...

Ok, I felt that there was something wrong here :( Vista is fully patched SP1 and all Latest 790i software installed Latest geforce driver (downloaded yesterday) installed and no qubit, it IS the 9800GX2 in there :banghead:
