My GPU just started blinking red

It started again (yesterday): This is now on a fresh Windows 11 25158 install (today): It glitched like the first image, then restarted the game, and a few minutes in, started glitching again, even after driver restart (Ctrl + Shift + Win + B).

It seems like it was an issue with the drivers: I had beta drivers 525.14 for some reason and moved to 516.59 after creating this thread, and so far, didn't happen again.

I'm testing now. Update: 3 hours and nothing. I'll keep trying with higher settings and unlimited FPS. It seems that I'm being bottlenecked by the CPU here. I can't reach more than 85% usage and the max on CPU is around 70% on one core. Update 2: Enabling NVIDIA Reflex + Boost did a little...

Don't know much info about Segotep, only that they're a chineese brand. I bought it because it was the cheapest good PSU I could afford and get at that time where I live. I was planning to change it for a Corsair RM750x. For GPU and RAM what could I use to test it? Thanks.
