Comprehensive Core i9-10900K Review Leaked: Suggests Intel Option Formidable

Results from Pugetsystems themselves: AfterEffects - https://www.pugetsystems.com/pic_disp.php?id=58301&width=800 Photoshop - https://www.pugetsystems.com/pic_disp.php?id=58273&width=800 I don't think these chinese benchmarks are very... accurate.

Everest Customizable Keyboard Funded by More than 1000 Backers on Kickstarter

A sanity check. How much does the parts that it is made of cost? Why would I pay 3 times the cost? Does this keyboard do what any other keyboard does, better? How much better? Does it make it worth that much? In life you make choices every day, by the same token you propose I should buy the...

Yes, and that is while Sabrent Rocket on Amazon was (in Europe with VAT) to be get for 90$ for 1TB. The same Toshiba memory with the same controller....

1usmus Power Plan for AMD Ryzen - New Developments

You probably have the memory speed set correctly but you also have to set Infinity Fabric speed the same as exactly half of memory speed. If you have memory 3800 you have to set Infinity Fabric speed to 1900. In most bioses you can do that in AMD CBS menu. There is a small problem that most ZEN2...

1usmus Power Plan for AMD Ryzen - New Developments

That part is almost entirely in the MS ballpark - only they control scheduler behavior and it should be there that we should control how system schedules threads on different cores. On the other hand it requires a lot ok knowledge to configure that correctly and there would be a lot of ground to...

1usmus Power Plan for AMD Ryzen - New Developments

Damn, I just on a hunch did the following: bcdedit /set Useplatformclock No and restarted Now this stupid demo is working correctly. 11400p at 1080p high quality 9200p at ultra quality.

1usmus Power Plan for AMD Ryzen - New Developments

I did :( I uninstalled Nvidia drivers, did DDU uninstall. Did bios reset and loaded defaults. I don't really want to reinstall Windows just to check this. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1c5osEXfL72ON4_CAxxwKf3Y3Jw_SrA6n Look at above screenshot - CPU load is stupid high but cores are barely...

1usmus Power Plan for AMD Ryzen - New Developments

Hey would you care to check Neon Noir benchmark? You have almost the same config as I and I can't get it to run faster then 30fps. CPU load is really high on all cores, but they don't heat up and stay below 45C while GPU is loaded below 30%.

1usmus Power Plan for AMD Ryzen - New Developments

@1usmus - I suppose that if I were to use distinct programs to generate load, it may just place the load on different CCXes. What I mean is that default Windows behavior is to place threads from the same program as close to each other as possible so it would fill CCX0 before spawning threads on...

1usmus Power Plan for AMD Ryzen - New Developments

3900X on AGESA 1.0.0.4B on Asus X570 Prime Pro Windows 1909 1usmus universal plan 1.1 Regardless of PBO being disabled or enabled, maximum clock hovers around 4.55Ghz. Cooling is powerful enough, 420mm Alphacool setup with 6 SilentWings 3 fans, on liquid metal, temps are kept below 60C up to 10...

1usmus Custom Power Plan for Ryzen 3000 Zen 2 Processors

You are describing it as it is and not as it should be. There are three competing mechanisms that select core to load: - highest quality core - threads colocation - threads from the same program should be placed on closest cores - current core load That is why Cinebench should not be used to...

1usmus Custom Power Plan for Ryzen 3000 Zen 2 Processors

I don't have this option either, but it is not required for the power plan to work, CPPC with low power idle is enough. But it does not mean that the power plan will give us more frequency, only better utilization of best cores. On the other hand 1usmus mentioned that there are some problems...

1usmus Custom Power Plan for Ryzen 3000 Zen 2 Processors

Don't know about recommended but it still works correctly for me as to the single core boost and choosing correct highest quality core. I haven't seen any comparisons between default Windows power plan and 1usmus's one in regards to performance (on 1909) though so you have to test it yourself...

1usmus Custom Power Plan for Ryzen 3000 Zen 2 Processors

Try Process Lasso and in "Options" select "Forced mode" that continuously allpies affinity to processes. I have almost all system tasks and background apps relegated to the last CCX using CPU affinity and other cores are almost always asleep - in such a situation this power plan can show it's...

1usmus Custom Power Plan for Ryzen 3000 Zen 2 Processors

Right and that's why I happily use my PC at 4.6Ghz (CCD0). What ZEN2 should have is AVX1/2 offset so it would lower multiplier automatically when AVX2 load is detected. Beside that 4.6Ghz is no problem, not for stability, not for temperature. AVX2 is also a problem but not for stability but for...
