if so should i get a fanless 460W Seasonic Gold X series? Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 7200RPM, 16MB, SATA III WD5000AAKX should i get this and the ssd ? i this a reliable HDD?

well is there an explantion to why the 660ti is getting more FPS the the 670?
