Hi guys, Can i use my mb with Kingston hyperx beast 1866? They are supported? If yes, with 1866mhz?

regardless of cooler position, 65C full prime95 at 4.1 i understand about the CM but how can a piece of metal be defective?? the fan run fast and if it was defective horizontal or vertical... it should always be defective! Moreover with previous motherboard all was fine... uff...

UPDATE i've just tested the stock cpu cooler: in all positions i get same coretemp

i'm using CM backplate, if i try to put pressure on the heatsink is the same thing

cooler master centurion 532, but with the previous motherboard (M5A87) i've never had this problem. However, case or not, what's the difference between the two positions? 40C????? Seriously i don't understand, i'm testing my system for hours... uff...

I tighten all the fan screws to the motherboard, same thing... :confused:

Houston, we've got a problem... Sabertooth 990FX rev2 fx-8320@4.1 hyper 212 evo well, this is a very strange thing.... with the case in vertical (normal position) Coretemp on prime95 48C with the case in horizontal position Coretemp on prime95 90C + and safe reboot. one question... why?

Hello! I've got a question: my new motherboard (Sabertooth 990FX rev2) only see 8176mb of DDR3 instead 8192 in uefi. In windows (cpu-z) i see 8192 and each xms3 is 2048. It's all normal?
