Should oso consider the overall timing of the RAM...... Kingston value RAM normally has a 3-3-3-8 timing whereas Apacer and Geil have 2.5-4-4-8 timing. Based on some articles that I have read, Kingston value RAM seems better at o'cing..... Corsair value RAM is slightly more expensive coz...

And you can pluck the RAM out of the board and put them back! Quite interesting isn't it? Hmmmm.... maybe nVidia and ATI should come out with a VGA card where the RAM is upgradeable! :D How nice!! :p

I oso have a Gecube 9550XT and it comes together with a stock cooling for the GPU and the RAM as well..... and it performs quite well. I too experienced some form of image distortion but after I installed the latest ATI driver, the problem vanished!! :D

So, Apple is abandoning the power PC CPU and opting for a x86 CPU. So which one do you think Apple should go for?? Kinda interesting isn't it? Actually, I read some where which says Apple might be using the CELL CPU, but then again its proven incorrect ler...... :D

Hmmm...... nVidia coming out with new VGA = G70.... :D :p So, the price of heavy weight VGA will be dropping when the new beast are launch ler...... :D

Hmmm..... could it be a graphic card driver problem? Try installing the latest game patch (if any) and the latest VGA driver too...... :p

My first.... 486DX4-100Mhz 850mb HDD 512kb trident (later upgraded to 2mb S3Virge, then add RAM to 4mb) 4mb RAM (later upgraded to 12mb) 14" SVGA No Cd Rom (later upgraded to a creative 6X... Whoa!!!) No S/card, no speaker And I'll never forget...... WAR CRAFT I....... sigh..... :D

Hmmmm...... does your mobo support SLI? If yes, 6600GT could be a better option. Coz you can always "upgrade" later with a similar 6600GT.... :D
