Arctic Liquid Freezer III 240 Black

Have you watch that? Mounting changed much, they speak about this from beginning. Also conflicting results, GN give minus point was AMD mounting, and plus was Intel contact frame, which it seems for TPU is reversed - because Intel contact frame is scary  - blame Intel for their broken ILM...

Intel "Arrow Lake-S" Desktop Processor Projected 6%-21% Faster than "Raptor Lake-S"

Lets use TPU Blender time/wattage: 7700X 123,4s at 135W 12700K 106,1s at 174W so 7700X took 4,6275Wh 12700K took 5,1282Wh Its clear that Intel is faster at cost of energy usage, dont change facts to your world view.

Intel "Arrow Lake-S" Desktop Processor Projected 6%-21% Faster than "Raptor Lake-S"

Maybe rephrase: it was designed to be bad at productivity and good in games. This is gaming CPU. Period. For productivity use 7950 or 7950X3D which are designed for it.

Intel "Arrow Lake-S" Desktop Processor Projected 6%-21% Faster than "Raptor Lake-S"

7800X3D is not for productivity, is for gaming, nobody cares about productivity for 7800X3XD. 7800X3XD is advatised as gaming CPU, for productivity you have 7950X/7950X3D. Reading your comments I see you are Intel fanboy because calculating efficacy not from real workloads but from Cinebench...

Intel Core i7-14700K has an 8P+12E Core Configuration

Yes, and your CPU is taking 55W more, which is like 1/3 more of 5800X3D so it should have about 1/3 better performance and clearly it does not have that. Curious why i have not seen any Xeon with E-Cores :)

Intel Core i7-14700K has an 8P+12E Core Configuration

Take a look here: RTX 4090 & 53 Games: Core i9-13900K vs Ryzen 7 5800X3D Review - Benchmark Results | TechPowerUp It depends on task. In games my CPU is only 6,2% average slower than 13900K and is taking like half of energy, 7800X3D is squishing 13900K taking like 88W at max. Yes, it true...
