    Best spyware cleaner for this

    I use Cyberdefender, the paid version, and love it. The paid version I got comes with a 24/7 computer help line that I used once when I had some printer issues I couldn't solve myself, and they fixed it up. So, if this problem is not a virus issue, they may be able to help.
