I have two Radeon R9 290X cards but it doesn't have any difference with R9 295X2. I think they are the same and I had two Titan Black cards but it didn't have less performance than TitanZ.
Titan Z is 2 times faster than Titan Black but 3 times higher price but R9 295X2 is 2 times faster than R9...
It's because your GPU temp is getting higher when the fan is at 20%? what graphical or 3d programs are you using?
It's better to run the fan speed at 25% or higher for huger renderings but if you weren't rendering anything, make sure that your fan is completely safe then clean your graphics card...
Sapphire Tri-X 290x has faster fans and better strategy to cool the GPU so it should perform faster.
Sapphire Tri-X 290x is better in overclocking and has better benchmark scores so it can run at higher clocks with lower temps.
My post is irrelevant somehow but it will be relevant when AMD prepares Radeon r9 300 series to produce. Radeon r9 290x x2 is just 2 r9 290x gpus. I want to say that It will just give us more performance, not better technology!
You didn't think that there is no 5 AMD GPUs to be in Crossfire...
Think About AMD Radeon R9 390x(not 290x)!
How many transistors does it have?
How much stream processors does it have?
How many ROPs\TMUs does it have?
How much is the GPU clock?
How much is the memory clock?
How much is the memory size?
What is the memory type?
How many monitors does it support...
How many GPUs does it have? How much is the memory? Is it real or fake? I don't know why did you created this image by photoshop? But don't worry? Do you need 8000W PowerSupply to support 4 GPUs? Are these GPUs in Crossfire mode? How much is the clock? What length does it have"1 meters"? WHERE...
