Good build, but as many other pointed out, i think that your build should include 16 Gb of ram. I understand that 700$ is a very tight budget. However if a friend asked me for a similar budget build, i would never suggest 8 Gb of ram. Even if the extra cost was 50 dollar, i still think that 8 Gb...

There's some confirmation on other website that it will be 240 hz(It's possible with the new displayport 1.2). Remember, there's no Dual Link DVI on the 750 series. I take that as rumor for now, but they definitly won't be 60hz.
