US Government to Announce Massive Grant for Intel's Arizona Facility

And everyone hoping/dreaming for a better more equitable world is a fool as well, right  https://www.theblock.co/post/282472/crypto-market-cap-7-5-trillion-usd-2025-bernstein In case you were wondering yes it's a rhetorical question.

Intel Core i9-14900KS Pricing Confirmed to be $749

Depends on the chip ~ an unlocked chip, which technically all AMD chips are, can always be tuned more!

Intel Core i9-14900KS Pricing Confirmed to be $749

And the reason you can't tune AMD chips? I assume people think AMD doesn't have much headroom either :wtf:

Pentagon Reportedly Refuses to Invest $2.5 Billion into Secret Intel Defense Grant

Probably not yet, you just wait till the EU picks up that tab o_O

Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite Benchmarked Against Intel Core Ultra 7 155H

Two massive chips glued together isn't exactly the same thing, AMD or Intel dis-aggregated pretty much all major components from their chips & then made what you see today.

Qubic Cryptocurrency Mining Craze Causes AMD Ryzen 9 7950X Stocks to Evaporate

Meh the pumpers/dumpers will get rich way earlier! I wish there was a way to track these MLM scammers & prosecute them because crypto is basically just that right now.

Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite Benchmarked Against Intel Core Ultra 7 155H

Speaking of chiplets, or tiles, Apple or QC will run into the "scaling" problem as well. Apple already produces the biggest consumer facing ARM chips out there & they're only getting bigger, AMD solved this first & Intel's on the same path although their execution is questionable atm. Eventually...

Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite Benchmarked Against Intel Core Ultra 7 155H

Cuts both ways doesn't it? Except Apple/QC will run into that wall quicker as both AMD/Intel are at least a node to half behind them. And if you remember the million other reviews out there you would probably also remember that lowering the TDP(clocks?) will boost its efficiency massively...

Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite Benchmarked Against Intel Core Ultra 7 155H

And this is why we also see "portable" consoles running on AMD chips, bet you forgot they have battery as well?

Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite Benchmarked Against Intel Core Ultra 7 155H

It's not being dismissive but the fallacy that ARM is "inherently" more efficient holds no water! It depends on the node, application as well as chip size believe it or not.

Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite Benchmarked Against Intel Core Ultra 7 155H

Say what? Just clock limit any AMD/Intel processor & they'll easily be way more efficient. Now let's see Apple or any other ARM chip do (unlimited) turbos & see their efficiency then :slap:

Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite Benchmarked Against Intel Core Ultra 7 155H

Hardly an issue for the world's biggest/baddest modem maker!
