@thelaughingman- I know they are too bright, so on the side of my case is where I dock my keyboard which charges standing tall, so during movies it blocks the light and just makes the cabinet look blue @stevedmc- Thank you! Be sure to check out my first attempt at modding its in the forums...

Hello all, this is ReU_VOoDOo posting his latest mod log I have already finished this mod "VOoDOo Media" which is my second project to date, but I only posted the progress on my clan's (www.sfuclan.net) website. I realized that I left a few friends out of the loop and wanted to correct this...

find out what size and what voltage they use and replace. most likley they are 3.5v like mobo leds

it does but it gets trapped so i think im going to install an exhuast fan in the rear of the cabinet

some times wires can be beautiful

it would definatley make the blue light pop a little more if i used clear acrylic

just need to light up the hd fan and add a masscool hd cooler in the 5.25 bay and im pretty much done until i commit to my idea of modding my own faceplate for the disk drive, sorry been working alot so havnt had time to post pics so here is the rough sketch

The blue that i used was a mix of carribean sea and turquoise, i took some samples from home depot and mixed them until i liked it, then took it to benjamin moore where they made me an acryilic based spray and a pint of it

I have been and will continue to be working a 7 day work week, 12 hours a day for the next 6 months (samsung expansion), so thats the reason the paint is so bad i just wanted to get done so i could get everything back together so i could play with what little time i have

i got her all nkaed, so iguess you know what that means......no im not going to make love to her im going to paint her!!! lol we will see what the paint gods have in store for me tomorrow!
