For my 4850 i use
AMD GPU to set clocks, i use GPU Z from techpowerup to monitor heat and ensure i have proper clocks set. I use Furmark to run stability tests, although Furmark really beats up your GPU, so it not the best to test on but i like how it runs in windows so i can watch my temperate...
lol I thought about doing that, I find cleaning out your computer inside of all dust etc especially those clogged in the fans (CPU GPU TOWER) reduces a lot of heat. i found insane amount of dust clogged in my fans after a year of not cleaning.
Yeah it came with a promotional arctic cooling system, advertised on the box. The Heat sink died but the Vrm heat sink is identical to the accelero so i didnt replace it, so i have 4 spare acceleros.
And the VRM is yellow for my card.
I got experimental and took a single piece and stuck it...
I have some extra VRM heatsinks from my Arctic cooling accelero s1, I think they're called heatsinks, its the silver metallic thing. Anyway i got 4 of them can i just stick them on the back of my GPU and would that help reduce heat? Should i stick them on the face side of the GPU?
Help thxs...
