Ok thanks alot guys much appreciated, I have a can of air spray now so ill quick do those 2 things you said.

I just found out it is throttled. As soon as it hits 77% It throttles all.

It is also weird how this does not happen when I watch HD movies on my laptop the frames dont drop. if they do I rarely notice,

Also, the Cooling fan underneath my laptop (Alienware M17 R3) Is only a crappy 20$ Walmart one. I also dont use 3d at ALL So I am not sure what settings to use in the Nvidia Application. I also do have Prefer max Performance on.

Is their a software I could use to take off the throttle? and My main game lately is Wildstar. The Razer Game Booster turns off all unneccassary backrounds that are running. But that was not taken during the game. It was taken during the Tech GPU Sensor test. It always drops down to the same thing.

So i cant for the life of me find out why my Graphics card randomly drops to 4 Fps for like 20sec then shoots back up to 60-70fps. its driving me crazy and I have researched every where and can not find a solution. Can any of you possibly help me out? Thanks, Ryan[/IMG]
