I kinda had the same problem with my build. If my monitor isnt on when the POST completes it just shows no signal. I then have to power the system off and back on and everything is fine.

Well what kind of printer do you need. If you mean a receipt printer, which would probably double as a power source for popping open your till look at a printer from star micronics. The SP500 or 200 series is probably the best value

Ok thats just beautiful, but how the hell do you get the sata cables behind the mobo, are you using double standoffs? #2 how do you get the mobo power from the PSU then around the tray and to the connector? Is there a hole cust somewhere behind the PSU and all the cables run behind the tray?
