Um, Picard *does* move the files according to the tags,AFAIK I didnt write on it, as my folder structure is organized, though my tags weren't prior to this, LOL
as Dan mentioned, i386 signifies apps compiled for 386 and above compatible processors. dunno about what temporary filesyou're talking about. to search / install applications, click on APplications -> add/remove progs. if the icons dont appear try logging out and logging in
@Oli Oops I was assuming you were using Firefox. In Opera (atleast 9.50) just type g followed by your search criteria, opera will do a google search. w followed by anything will lookit up in Wikipedia.
PS: You can add your own search engines / custom key combinations.

Correct. but it seems it picks up the numbers only if the string starts with a number. If the string is like test123 then val() returns 0
If the string is 123test231 then val() returns only 123.
well the text box holds the values in string format, val() does type conversion from string to integer (number) so that the math operations can be done properly.

@wolf Sorry as of now, Virtualization software can only virtualize a basic system, ie, with No 3D acceleration and all, as virtualizing 3D acceleration is not a small feat.
Since 3D acceleration is not enabled, you won't be able to use Desktop Effects.
Also, are you using MS Virtual PC? I'd recommend using VirtualBox.
Do a MD5 check of the downloaded iso and compare it with the one mentioned on the site.
If the MD5 match then the download is fine.
@tarun Yup, you do need the Nvidia drivers, as the opensource nv drivers do not have support for 3D acceleration, as compared to Intel IGP drivers built into the kernel
