I ddu'd my driver and it did not help. Reinstalled windows it remained the same.
Even after doing all this, I reset my nvcp settings to default both for global and game specific .exe. Again did not work.

For rocket league, I have set the highest quality option available which is MLAA. There is a very minor difference between mlaa and anti aliasing set to off.
I understand it is not perfect but gta 5 hurts my eyes when there are thin objects like fences. If you have gta 5, you can go to that spot...

Well can you go to same spot in the map as mine and confirm? Textures shimmer too much in my game to label it as a normal behavior. Lines on the road dance with light and your screenshot looks much better than my game. Thanks for the help though
