Hello, i have just bought a second-hand Sapphire RX 580 Nitro+, and i'm quite confused, because clocks at OC BIOS are 1411/2000 MHz, what seems normal, but at Silent BIOS they are 1120/2075 MHz. So my question is, are that normal values? SKU#: 11265-01-20G GPU-Z screenshot:
