About a month ago. Here in Dallas TX at the computer fair thats one time a month I picked up a Intel E6300 used for $5 and works great. Some times theres not much there but some times your be shocked what your find too for just $1 to $10 each.

The 2 gig DDR3 Crucial dimm is what I was talking about for $30 each. If you still have them then Ill take all 4 of them. I'll send another PM to you and see that gets to you.

I live near Dallas Texas were most of the used computer parts end up. There is a computer fair on the first Saturday of the month were this is sold. I can find nice things out there for $1 to $10 for used parts. There are some non working parts but some can be fixed for cheap like a bad cap...

I had good luck with Gigabyte mother boards and some are still being used for over 5 years. Your problem could be a failing PSU or your home has bad power.

What HD4850 Sapphire card do you have? Many of them have a HDMI port on them. Can you post a link to the HD4850 you have?

Thats the the problem is I don't know. This is weird/strange for a working card to no have a adapter ID. Do the drivers install right for the HD2600? The drivers use the ID string of the video card to ID the video card to install the right drivers in the driver pack.

there is no help in the bios. That is strange. Do you have another mother board to work with? If so see if you can get a adapter ID with the HD2600.

Have you tried reinstalling your mother boards AGP driver?
