If you disable hardware acceleration on Firefox (and discord), does the issue persist?
I have had issues with disabled extensions still causing issues. Have you tried to see if the issue reappears with Firefox with no extensions installed (not just disabled, but actually not installed)?

Got tired of waiting as well. Got a used gigabyte 3080ti water force wb for 710 off eBay at the end of July. That's around what I would pay for a card + waterblock. Works fine.
Nvidia priced me out of retail with the 10xx series. Been buying used since.
It's a nice trend, but prices are still too high. The "MSRP"s were already too high. I hope it crashes through the floor. The margins they have been raking in off of these cards is absurd.
On my third year of Mint. I'm on their 8gb plan (240 a year/20 a month) which they increased to 10gb (for the same 240 a year) relatively recently. No complaints here. Came from T-Mobiles prepaid 30 a month plan so Mints was cheaper. Yes, Mint uses T-Mobile towers. I also have not bothered...
Oh God no. But that's what I was saying. That price increase for the 2xxx series makes it seem like these upcoming prices are amazing in comparison but still, $500 for a xx70

I know you said you don't want fleet rts games but with Nexus you have one main ship that you have to control and manage. You get a couple of extra ships on some missions but it's not...
So I spent a bit of time reading through those two threads (the 1080ti owners and bioses for 1080ti that you linked) at oc.net, albeit I haven't gotten through all of them. I noticed a lot of discussion saying that performance wasn't scaling all that much with the xoc bios and the increased...
Yeah reading through the the OC.net thread you have to use AB and use the settings posted to make sure voltage control is unlocked. Other comments suggest you have to use the voltage curve to actually control the voltage.
