lol, I'm still drooling over this cpu. Maybe at the end of the month early september if it isn't sold by then heh... I'll pm when I have more info and if not I hope it makes someone else very happy.
I was pretty young back then, like 12 or so I think (I'm 23 now btw) and I can't remember the specs but the only thing I do remember I that it ran windows 3.1, that was the first and slowest computer I owned.
I'm quite satisfied with my 5770 crossfire setup, it plays everything I throw at it at 1920x1200 resolution with almost all the eyecandy enabled + 2 5770's do'nt take up a huge amount of space if that's an issue.
This probably isn't an answer to your problem, but it's a question related to it. Doesn't a vacuum cleaner produce static electricity? That is obviously harmful for components.
I've always known that you shouldn't use a vacuum cleaner to get rid of the dust in your case.
Sorry if this isn't...
This game sounds like fun. Probably a nice break from the rest of the shooters out these days, all about modern warfare and being badass special forces etc. This game doesn't have any of that, sounds like good healthy fun. :)
Unless they can tweak it to to move at the same speed as a person with a mouse, it's pretty much useless online. I do have to say that I love the idea behind it and the way you control it.
That's always been the case though. Even if I got mail in rebates, in my country I think I'd still be paying like 15 to 20 € more for that 32 gig drive. All thanks to all sorts of taxes that are added / VAT.
Oh well, I assume the call of duty series is dead then. Maybe not in name, But that's not what makes call of duty.
Modern warfare 3 or whatever it's going to be called will probably still sell like hotcakes thanks to all the people who don't follow the industry.
But I won't be buying it. I...
