actually recently I have rebuild my PC and also went to miniITX build (see signature)...
I also like the cooler master's CM Elite 120 (and 130 as well), but in my case I went with Prodigy... just because I didn't want to ditch my tower cooler :D
and prodigy was the only ITX...
well, not exactly correct statement - the case is just not 'so many kilos metal'... there is also some manual work included in the price and that is more less the same cost regardless the size of the case...
and sometimes those small cases require even more time to be assembled...

Fans according to me, should be a thing of personal preference; no need to add extra cost; as a matter of compromise, you could offer fans as add-on during purchase...

to me the curious point was that they had USB connection... although personally I don't feel comfortable spending that much amount of money for head(phones/sets)...
