It does have good contact and by recently I mean a couple of weeks ago, and MX2 is good thermal paste. It may not be the best, but it is still up there.

When I was at 4.0Ghz or less, the highest temps I ever saw were about 71~73ish; peak was 75C and that is stress testing with linpack (IBT, LinX, OCCT, etc) tests. Regular usage in gaming and folding were 65C max. Going up to 4.1 (which is my 24/7 right now) it goes to 81~82C peak but settles...

Well, it seems that people are voting for the H50. This is surprising because from what I read, it is barely at the level of a Megahalem. Can anyone with an H50 give an example of their OC w/ voltage and their core temps as well as ambient?

In my opinion, IBT does its job well enough. I never said I only run IBT. I use it for quick voltage bump checks and to find max temps. I sometimes use LinX or OCCT linpack too, but IBT is the easiest. I usually use IBT on max for 50 runs to find the min voltage for stability because it causes...
