Ok, seems Trixx does change gpu clock, mem clock, AND GPU Voltage
Only way I could tell is by monitoring temps, still, awesome

does allow you to raise gpu and mem above the lock, verified in gpu-z
So, I guess I'm a little overwhelmed by all this.
Last time I overclocked video cards, it was an X800gto that I turned into an X850 by unlocking the quad and using ATITool to overclock.
Basically, started with AMD Overdrive using CCC 10.12. Obviously I wasn't happy to see the clocks...
