    How to fine tune PBO

At first I didn't thought of that but then when I used 7A I could get better results than his and I think the only major factor is how mobo manages pbo He doesn't use it but as I remember using ryzen master in his system pbo settings were cranked up like crazy, leaving all default into bios

    How to fine tune PBO

That's what I also thought. Setting edc to 7A was surely helping, almost capping it at 4200-4150 mhz in almost every situation in f1 2020 I also thought that it's a bit too much to boost like that with auto voltage so I got back to 70A

Ryzen 3000 degradation with static voltage and static frequency

At the time I got my 3600 I tried static voltage to get 4.2Ghz all cores an it was really toasty with 1.3v and also there were chances of cpu degradation. The best thing to do for me is play with pbo, and let it so its things. These chip are really pushed from fabric so I wouldn't do much with...

how important is to update the bios?

Another quick update Today I tried to play with PBO to see if anything changes Now PPT in my testing is always set to 90w, TDC wasn't touched. The only thing I played is EDC With EDC set to 70A, the one I used for the last year i get about 9226 pt on CB R23, core clock stayed between 3950Mhz...

    How to fine tune PBO

Hi all, I’m opening this thread to gain Knowledge on how PBO works. Long story short, recently I built a rig for my friend and he as me has a r5 3600, the only different thing is the Mobo: mine is a b450 tomahawk max, he has a b450-f i noticed that in the same game his CPU is constantly...

Now it seems to boost more often to 4.2Ghz, not like newer 3600 but also not as rarely as before
