I can't believe the price on this card. With the way prices are for everything here in the states it will be a hard sell right now. Looks like they just want you to hang on to your old card at that price.

They need to get more themes for the new browser.

I am running two XFX Alpha Dogs and have had no problems. This card runs very cool compared to others I have had. Mine is OC to 840MHz and still no problems.

I am running 2 XFX PVT94PYDSU GeForce 9600GT 512MB Alpha Dog cards. I have to say it runs cooler with the stock cooler than any card I have had. There is no noise problem with my cards. Came with 740MHz have it OC to 825 and still runs very cool . GPU Temperature : 38 °C

Are they on the market yet and if so where do you get them?

The lifetime warranty with XFX is real nice. This card is a 678MHz http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150267 and only $10 more.

Maybe I should wait on buying that XFX 9800 GTX Black Edition card I have been saving for. 9900 GTX sounds like it might be a better upgrade.

Is it possible your VGA card is going out?

I have found the 9600GT runs cooler than all the cards I had before. At idle mine stays at 31C. I am using a Antec Earthwatts 500 PSU and it does the job nicely.
