Hello everybody! Thanks for lot of helps and advices. Looks like, that my friends friend fixed the problem. :) I still dont know detailes, but if you think it might be helpful, I will post here, what was the solution, when I got all detailes from him. (in about 10 days).

I am currently in a different city than my card. :) I have no beeper nor status led, but I will connect a beeper from an old my comp, if it is possible. I will be able to try connect 5700 to my other motherboard (Asrock Fatality X370), when I will be with the card for about 10 days. I didnt try...

No way. After the flash, I just click to win restart button, and the comp couldnt POST anymore. I didnt touch the card meantime. Thats correct! The comp cant POST anyway, if the 5700 is plugged.

Looks like nobody understand, what happened after the flash. Its not strange, because my bad english. :) I will try again. I HAVE onboard gpu (Motherboard is Gigabyte H110-D3A). In motherboard bios, the onboard gpu is set as primary. If I unplug the 5700, the comp boot normaly, Win started. But...

Hello! I bought a Gigabyte RX 5700 XT. Worked fine. But then, I wanted to "upgrade" this card. I used Red Bios Editor. Saved the original Bios, loaded it with RBE, and changed the memory timings. Copied 1500 streps to all higher straps. Nothing else. Then I flashed this modded bios to my card...
