Same here It's working just fine on X79 Platform with the 12core Xeon....the changes are mostly just cosmetics now Windows looks more like MacOs or Linux something in between....under the hood seems like it 's still just win 10.... I also did some testing and results are the same or maybe just...

Well it's a TORTURE test it's exist to push to the maximum your CPU,Prime 95 also it's not better at all but in fact I prefer IBT as have shorter runs then prime and I will never suggest to anyone to use those test longer then 10-15 min and to always monitor CPU temps......

IntelBurnTest is also very good and it will push CPU to the MAX

    Stutter When Dragging Windows Around

Try putting both monitor on same refresh rate(60hz) and see if that helps sometimes this can cause the issue especially if both monitors are connected on the same GPU.......

Hmm....I am sure that under Prime 95 he will start juicing a lot more than 90W...install HWInfo start prime and see how many W taking under the heavy load.......

Sure...Just sayin this helped me a lot it's cheap and easy to mount and it can reduce temps significantly...ahh just checked now your Noctua cooler is horizontal

Just install 1 more fan on the other side of the cooler and see if that helps....

They can work up to the 2133Mhz as far as I know and yes you can OC memory frequency and timings on that motherboard

X79 and/or rampage IV OC'ing thread for those of us still left....

Actually there is a huge difference between Cinebench R15 and Cinebench R23.....CineBench R23 is so much more demanding test and beside that you need much more time to do complete test and it's not bad at all to check your CPU stability......

PC WONT BOOT AFTER ADDING NEW EXTRA FAN

Well...if you tried everything as you said you did then seems like possible motherboard malfunction......If the new mobo arriving tomorrow at least you ain't going to wait for long time....GL

PC WONT BOOT AFTER ADDING NEW EXTRA FAN

Did you tried to remove mobo from that case?

PC WONT BOOT AFTER ADDING NEW EXTRA FAN

Sometimes even your mobo from the other side could slightly touch the metal part of the case and that could also cause short circuit(check that or put something in between/cardboard)or could be the PSU malfunction....you need to check everything twice......GL
