Hi I read from many forums that Xigmatex s1283 is really good. Currently I have
ZALMAN 9500A 92mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler - Retail

I just got this from newegg so I can return zalman if the difference is substantial.

What do you think?

In a state of flux...
I'd go with the Xigmatex as it's one of the best air coolers around, and I'm pretty sure it'll serve you well compared to the Zalman, even though the Zalman is a damn good cooler :)

Lot's of people on TPU use that cooler and have nothing but good things to say about it...give it a go :toast:

Edit: Fill out your System Specs in your Control Panel ;)

I have a Xigmatek S1283 and it is as good if not better than the Gigabyte Galaxy II WC'ing kit that I previously owned.

I'm idling at 30ish degrees at 4.0gHz. Granted the chip is an E0, but near ambient is great. Load for me is around 45ish on a fair day (80ish degrees Fahrenheit) Don't forget the mounting backplate. It peels off a few degrees and makes it a whole lot easier to mount. Not to mention it puts less stress on your mobo.
