Ok. So Somebody smart *cough*my brother*cough* left a water bottle on the top of my computer. Well I was playing a rousing game of CS 1.6 with a friend and I got excited and jumped up when I killed everyone on his team, thereby knocking the water bottle over. The water went through the top vent of my computer. I didn't hear any noise, but instead my screen instantly froze and blazed colors. I quickly turned off the computer. Took everything out of the case after drying the areas I could see.
Well to make the story short, everything works fine, without the GFX card in (8800GTS) When I put that in, it refuses to boot. It starts up, and instantly turns off. I know I shorted it, but is there anything I can do? And anything I should be worried about that I wasn't able to dry...everything seems to be Ok. CPU, RAM, Mobo, Sound card, PSU...everything is working. I am currently using it to speak with you. I am using a FX5500 PCI for video... I am really gonna miss my 8800GTS.
