Hello!
The setup:
Msi k8 neo 939board
2gig memory
Athlon xp 4000+
His 3650agp 512mb/(geforce 6200 128mb)
500w
Little history then:
Got a 3650agp 512mb in christmas present cause my geforce 6200 began to slack
I got the board and 4000+ from my brother when he bought new stuff. He had a gainward 7800gs 512mb and he played cod 4 on highest settings no prob. But that he sold.
Now to the problem:
When i installed the new card and drivers(clean install) it doesent work so well. It didnt even do better then the 6200card in cod4 or even less Cs:s it lags a little on LOOOW settings and this makes no sense at all!!
I have tryed other drivers/hotfixes for agp but doesnt work better at all.Tryed omega drivers but didnt notice anything didn´t even stood in the monitor settings that it was a 3650 just standards drivers:/ And it lagged.
The last try was that I tryed too unistall all drivers and download 8.8 catalyst and change the agp width in bios from 64-512. When i restart after 8.8 the screen is 640*800 and 4-bit colors. cant even change to higher settings. That worked fine to 2 other people but not for me have read much that the newer agp 3650 have some problemes but this is sick..havent seen this problem ever. Cant install newer catalyst then 8.10++. Have the latest drivers in all way..no not bios...could that be the problem here?? but how install without a A:disk? Some1 help im going crazy!! Even my brother have done some hours reserch and tryes 
This should atleast do much better then my 6200

Thinking of that this little fan on the 3650 is same size like the 6200 but it need extra voltage = 3650. Build a computer for a friend a 4650 videocard and that was a bigger fan then this and no extra voltage...can it be the other 1 have pci-e card and i agp? Notice 1 more thing when i pulled the power cable to the m.board there was 4/20 pin that was little burned...can this be the problem? And when i dont do anything with the computer the processor working around 80% all the time and it has nothing to do 
Is it a new computer i need maby. But dont have any money :/ Ask the 1 who bought my bothers 7800gs and run gears of war on high settings 
Agp card... Anyone that can help me??
