No preview images in Vista64!

When I open my images folder it doesn't show any previews! I tried googling it and I came up with nothing. Does anyone know how to fix this?

go upto veiw and drag the slider to thumbnail

Yea I installed Vista 64, I had Vista 32. Clean install. I'm pretty sure I have the drivers installed because Crossfire/Left 4 Dead works.

It's a SP1 disc but I haven't updated it at all yet.. I will do that now.

You sure you didn't strip that component out when you vlited it? I bet that's what happened.

i remember some copyright infringement lawsuit against microsoft for using document previews for certain file types, maybe that's related? i do remember i used to have .pdfs and other things with previews but a while back they stopped, maybe microsoft had to disable it.

on my vista ultimate x64 i only get thumbnails of pictures, no other type of document.

mine work. i get thumbnails of video files and such, once codecs are installed.

Try this one ...
go to system properties--->advanced-->performance-->settings

goto visual effects---> custom-->show preview and filters in folders (check this)

hope it works...
