I've had nothing but good so far but I use AMD/ATI so I'm not sure on Nvidia. I did see a site that had a ATI/Nvidia Win 7 comparison going on and Nvidia wasn't that far behind and they said the drivers were pretty stable.

Basically all Vista drivers work with 7. My laptop has an nVidia Quadro 140M and 7 recognized it right away.
The only bad thing is that PunkBuster doesn't work with 7 yet. They aren't going to make it compatible until the official launch of 7.
Those are the only major things I'd say about 7 right now.

Performance wise, it isn't as hungry as vista is for resources. Some people say Vista starts up faster, but on my laptop, 7 starts up about 10-15 seconds faster than XP and Vista.
Haven't had a system crash yet, so all things seem to be working fine for me. Also, the official release of 7 is said to have DX11, but there aren't any cards yet that support that.
I haven't had any issues with 7 at all, however, I'm sure others on here (hoping they chime in on this thread) have had other troubles. I know DanishDevil is having trouble with his calender in Outlook.

I am actually able to play games that would not run on vista and even had trouble with on xp... my only issue is... "a clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allotted time interval " BSOD! ...wtf. other than that i really like it.....
